Shipping

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.  Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number to track your package. Everything is processed and shipped out from Los Angeles, CA.

Return Policy

As each accessory is handmade, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.  If you received an item that is defective or incorrect, please email us at hello@shopdearellie.com within 5 days of receiving your order.  Items must be in its original condition.
