Color
We have tried to display the colors as accurately as possible. However the colors that you see on your monitor will depend on your monitor settings. We cannot guarantee the colors you see on your monitor are accurate.
Shipping
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number to track your package. Everything is processed and shipped out from Los Angeles, CA.
Return Policy
As each Dear Ellie accessory is handmade, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you received an item that is defective or incorrect, please email us at hello@shopdearellie.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be in its original condition.
For all non-defective shoes there is a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return merchandise. Please email us at hello@shopdearellie.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be in its original condition.
