Slate Under the Sea inspired Tote Bag

Under the Sea inspired Tote Bag. The bag is made of clear plastic. Large mesh bow accent with one pom-pom attached. Includes a dangling plush animal. (fish, seashell, or starfish) All plush animals are covered in metallic sequins and pearls with a mesh over layer. Inside of each bag there are multi-colored pom-poms and sequins beads. Shoulder straps measures 17.5 inches long
